A commercial eviction is a 2 day process: on day 1 our crew removes from the property all the tenant’s belongings including office furniture, appliances, electronics, tools, business machines and equipment, computers, cubicles, general office supplies, etc. On day 2 (24 hours later), our crew will return to the eviction site with one or more of our 20 cubic yard trucks to haul away whatever that is still left on the property and not claimed by the previous tenants. If the property is a warehouse, our crew will remove all industrial machinery, tools, shelving units, office furniture, business machines and equipment, lockers, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
